- After you join my fitness challenge, you’ll start receiving daily video workouts for 7 days via your email. The workouts take no more then 10 minutes to complete.
That’s it! And, the great thing about this fitness challenge is the flexibility. Since you’ll be receiving the daily workouts via your email, you are in total control. You decide when to view the videos and when to do the fitness challenge that day.
Also, since no gym equipment is required for this challenge, you can do this fitness challenge anywhere you find yourself at (ex: home, office, hotel room, park, etc).
