It's a, 60 minute, fitness class that consists of 30 minutes of Zumba® Fitness, and 30 minutes of Total Body Conditioning. A two in one workout that will get your heart pumping.
In the 30 minute segment of Total Body Conditioning, we will be using your body weight and light dumbbells to work on all major muscle groups. This is an exciting, heart pumping workout that you can do at your own pace.
If you don't have dumbbells don't let that stop you! Instead of dumbbells, you can use resistance bands (if you have them) or household items such as a full plastic bottle of water, a full bottle of wine, or even books. Just get creative!
