Juicing is great for your health. I made this video that shows how easy juicing can be.
I’ve been experimenting with juicing now for about four months now and I absolutely love it. I can already feel the difference in my energy level and bowel movement.
If you don’t like eating fruits and vegetables then juicing is a great way to get the benefits of fruits and vegetables into your system. Just add all the contents into the juicer and within seconds, you’ll have yourself a delicious juice.
The juice I made in the video, which is my favorite recipe, consists of the following:
- Kale
- Spinach
- Kiwi
- mango
- Blueberries
It’s always good to mix your greens with fruits to give it some sweetness. My favorite green is Kale and I always mix it with bananas or mango. Yummy, yummy.
Make sure to always wash your fruit and vegetables, before putting them into your mixer.
I use the NutriBullet for my juices, but you can also use a standard blender. I like using the Nutribullet because it’s much easier to clean.

I ordered one from Amazon for about 50 bucks after wctnhiag a documentary by a very handsome Aussie guy love the accent from down under! My big mouth HB juicer is is black where your plastic is white, but I believe it is still the same machine. I’ve never juiced before, so today I came here for inspiration. I’m going to juice some grapes and maybe some tangerines later. Thank you for sharing this video so I would know in advance what to expect.
